Straightforward cancellation policy
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Inside 24 hours, the session still runs (or the time is forfeit if you no-show).
No refunds on completed sessions — but if your first session isn't useful, tell me and I'll refund it. No argument.
Payment is upfront at booking. That way I never have to chase money and you never get a surprise charge.

About Lacey
I've been a licensed esthetician since 2017.
